KAIDO ethics and code
Kaido does not allow the use of force. The Kaido system recommends and teaches measured conduct in action.
Through the motto „Non progredi est regredi“ (To not go forward is to go backwards), practitioners improve and take joy in physical and mental health, and bring peace back into their everyday life. Through their progress they contribute to the well-being of those close to them.
Kaido practitioners approach their partner, enter the dojo and step onto the mat with a bow. We communicate and cooperate on the Great Way of knowledge 街道.
